eHRMS PORTAL LAUNCHED

At last, all employees can now get almost all the HR-related information and forms that they need, simply by going to the new eHRMS portal on the internet.

The portal will provide everyone the access to all HR forms related to Benefits both government and company; for attendance and timekeeping (Overtime, Official Business, Leave forms, etc.); Personnel Request Form, Disciplinary Action forms, PMS forms, etc.  From the portal, all HR policies and procedures can be viewed for everyone to be familiar and knowledgeable with; and for circulars and memoranda.  This will make HR services within reach of every TSPI and TSPI-MBA employee.

How can an employee access this information?  Just connect to the internet, and go to www.tspiportal.org.

Then select the specific module that you’re interested in, such as:

• Manpower & Planning Management
• Employee Relations and Timekeeping
• Policy & Performance Management; and
• Benefits Administration.

Under each category are sub-categories where you can find whatever HR information and forms you’ll need.

With the help and expertise of the MITS group under the guidance of the CIO (Chief Information Officer) Rafael Dindo T. Cortez and with the ingenuity of Frederick Dimayuga, Ryan Ruiz, Reylen Catungal and of course Jai Decena, the portal was launched as scheduled on February 1, 2012.
